Dear Members,
Please note that the MIRA 2024 AGM will be held on 9th April 2024 at 12pm UK time. Once again this will be an on-line meeting (please see joining details below). Please add this to your diaries as no separate meeting invitation will be issued. We expect that the AGM and subsequent panel discussion will take no longer than one hour.
Attached you will find the Minutes from the 2023 AGM, 2024 AGM Notice, Agenda, and Proxy Form. The Financial Report and Chairman’s Report will be sent later.
The AGM will be followed by a presentation from Ryan Singh and Jiri Herza from HATS Consulting on the “Current state of risk assessment in tailings and observations on risk informed decision making".
