Technical Paper for Members' information

Not only after the recent Samarco tragedy and the Mount Polley disaster about a year ago,
Tailings Disposal Facilities are making the news and worsen the standing of the ailing mining industry.

One of our MIRA members has summarised the issues in a “Technical Paper” as a basis for discussion amongst members. Have a look and hopefully we can get a discussion going.
